first, aug would you like me to tell you what having a close friend means? if not, i'm still going to tell you. having a close friend really means being comfortable enough with them to treat them worse than mere acquaintances. because you know they have love for you, and that love gives them a deeper tolerance for the shit you prick them with. sorry to say, that's all having a close friend means. and though i may be in happier spirits tomorrow, and feel like what i've said is too pessimistic, i swear i'll never take it back. truth like this rarely comes knocking at my forehead. |
